We ship across the EU and to the United States. Orders go out within 1–2 business days. EU parcels travel with DHL Express or UPS Express; US parcels travel with UPS. All shipments are tracked.
In the EU, express shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches €143 and the parcel weighs up to 1.43 kg. US shipping is calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy for delivery times and the current free-shipping rules, and our returns policy for cancellations and refunds.
Hygiene-sealed product. For EU orders, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends if the seal is removed after delivery. US orders cannot be returned because you changed your mind.
