This website, HoneyBunner.com, is operated by CALMSTONE OÜ. All products sold on this website are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over.

Customer complaints. Please write to hello@honeybunner.com with your order number. We acknowledge receipt within one business day and provide a substantive written response no later than 15 days after receiving your complaint.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet, Endla 10a, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia). If you live in another EU member state, you may also contact your national consumer protection authority or the European Consumer Centre in your country.

Product safety. To report a product-safety concern or an accident involving a product bought from us, email hello@honeybunner.com with the product name, your order number, photographs and a description of what happened.
