Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition — completely new, with all packaging, seals, and tags intact.
Restocking Fee All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable) For hygiene and safety reasons, all opened or used intimate products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes dildos, plugs, masturbators, vibrators, lubricants, gels, underwear, and similar items.
Unopened intimate toys may be eligible for return within 14 days if they remain in original sealed packaging, subject to inspection and a 20% restocking fee.
Only unused and unopened accessories (such as storage bags, toy cleaners, or non-intimate items) are generally eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at hello@honeybunner.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any additional information (photos, videos, or other supporting materials). The more details you provide, the faster we can process your request.
After we review your request, we will send you further instructions and a return authorization. Our response usually takes 1 to 5 business days, although we always try to reply as quickly as possible.
Return Method
All returns are generally processed as Store Credit. However, refunds to the original payment method may be offered in exceptional cases, subject to our review and approval.
You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping, unless otherwise stated by us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
