Yes. Orders are shipped in plain, neutral packaging with no product names, no store name and nothing on the outside that indicates the contents. The sender name is neutral too.

We ship with DHL Express and UPS Express, depending on your country. Both are tracked services, and you receive the tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way.

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. After dispatch, express delivery typically takes 1-3 business days across Western and Central Europe, and up to 5 business days for more distant destinations such as Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Ireland, Finland, Romania and Bulgaria. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. In every case we deliver within 30 days of your order; if we cannot, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Shipping starts at 12.90 EUR and is calculated at checkout based on your country and the weight of your order. Shipping is free on orders of 143 EUR and above. All prices include VAT under the EU One Stop Shop scheme, so there are no customs duties or import taxes to pay on delivery anywhere in the EU.

Yes. Payments are handled through secure Shopify checkout and supported payment providers. HoneyBunner does not store your full card details.

The billing descriptor can vary by payment provider. It will not list the product names you purchased.

Yes. You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, provided the item is still sealed. We refund the price plus standard delivery to your original payment method within 14 days, and we do not charge a fee for cancelling. You pay the cost of sending the item back. No. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, intimate products cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been broken, opened or removed. This applies to sex toys, lubricants, intimate cosmetics, intimate hygiene products and underwear. If the seal is still intact you can cancel in the normal way. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items can always be returned, sealed or not.

You have a two-year legal guarantee of conformity on everything we sell. If a fault was present at delivery, you are entitled to a free repair or replacement, and to a price reduction or a refund if that is not possible. Contact us with your order number and a photo or short video where useful. We do not charge you for return shipping on a valid claim. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse.

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resend it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to deal with the carrier yourself.

Use water-based lubricant with silicone toys. Silicone lubricant can react with some silicone surfaces, so water-based is the safest everyday match.

We focus on body-conscious materials such as silicone, glass, steel, and ABS where listed. Always check the product material details and avoid products that do not match your personal sensitivities.

Water-based lube is the most universal and toy-friendly. Silicone lube lasts longer but should not be used with many silicone toys. Hybrid lube sits between the two, so check product compatibility before using it with toys.

Clean toys before and after use with warm water and a suitable toy cleaner. Follow the care notes for the material, dry fully, and store separately in a clean pouch or case. Following the care instructions also keeps your legal guarantee intact.

Body-safe glass and stainless steel can be suitable for temperature play when used carefully. Warm or cool gradually, test the temperature on skin first, and never use extreme heat or freezing temperatures.

Start smaller than you think, look for smooth shapes and a safe base where relevant, and use plenty of compatible lubricant. Move up only when you feel comfortable.

Condom material depends on the specific product. Check the product details for latex or latex-free information, especially if you have a latex sensitivity.
