Shipping Policy

We ship across the entire European Union with Rocket Rabbit Express, our express delivery service operated by DHL Express and UPS Express depending on your destination. Every order is tracked.

Order processing

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times

Delivery times below are carrier estimates measured from dispatch, not from the moment you order, and they are not guaranteed:

  • 1-3 business days — Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
  • 2-5 business days — Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Portugal, Romania

In every case we will deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless we agree a longer period with you. If we do not, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Shipping cost

Shipping starts at €12.90 and is calculated automatically at checkout based on your country and the weight of your order. Shipping is free once the merchandise subtotal, after any discounts and excluding delivery costs, reaches €143. The free-shipping threshold applies in every country we deliver to.

Discreet packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, neutral packaging with no mention of the store name, the product names or the nature of the contents, and the sender name is neutral. Our packaging is designed not to reveal what is inside. The carrier still processes the delivery address and recipient name in order to deliver the parcel.

Where we ship

We deliver to all 27 member states of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We do not ship outside the European Union.

Delivery availability and transit times may differ for remote regions, islands, PO boxes and territories that belong to an EU member state but lie outside the EU customs or VAT area. The methods actually available to you, and the final charge, are always shown at checkout for your address.

VAT and customs

All prices include VAT at the rate of your delivery country, accounted for through the EU One Stop Shop scheme. Because every order is dispatched from within the EU to a destination within the EU, no customs duties or import taxes arise and you will not be asked to pay any additional charge on delivery.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we send you the tracking number by email so you can follow the parcel to your door.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If a delivery is running late, contact us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated. If a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we will resend it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer — you do not need to deal with the carrier yourself.
