The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit the quantities of any products we offer, or restrict sales to certain persons, geographic regions, or jurisdictions at our sole discretion.



SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order on HoneyBunner.com, you are making an offer to purchase products from CALMSTONE OÜ. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our sole discretion.

Your order is not accepted until we send you an official order confirmation. We must receive and successfully process your payment before your order is confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once we have accepted your order we begin processing it immediately, and we may not be able to change or stop it before dispatch. This does not affect your legal right to cancel: as a consumer you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the hygiene exclusion for sealed intimate goods that have been unsealed. Full details are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where the goods are unavailable, where we identify a pricing error, where we cannot verify the order or the payment, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or that the purchaser is under 18. If we do, we refund any payment in full and will attempt to notify you using the email address and/or phone number you provided at the time of ordering.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

All prices on HoneyBunner.com are displayed in Euros (€) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

All prices are shown in euro and include value added tax at the rate applicable in your country of delivery, which we account for through the EU One Stop Shop scheme. Delivery costs are shown separately and are displayed before you complete your order. All orders are dispatched from within the European Union to destinations within the European Union, so no customs duties or import taxes arise and you will not be asked to pay any additional charge on delivery.

We may from time to time offer promotions, discounts, or special pricing. Such promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between the promotion terms and these Terms of Service, the promotion terms shall prevail.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases made on our website, including your billing address, payment details, and contact information. You are responsible for promptly updating this information if it changes.

You represent and warrant that:

  • The payment information you provide is true, accurate, and complete;
  • You are authorized to use the payment method for the purchase;

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders placed on HoneyBunner.com are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents or the nature of the products.

Delivery times shown on our website or in order confirmations are estimates of carrier transit time and are not guaranteed. We will deliver the goods to you without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless we have agreed a longer period with you.

If a delivery is delayed we will chase the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated. If we fail to deliver within the period above, you may ask us to deliver within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances; if we then fail to deliver within that additional period, you are entitled to terminate the contract and we will refund all sums paid without undue delay.

The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of them. Where you instruct a carrier of your own choosing that we did not offer, risk passes when the goods are handed to that carrier. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will resend the order or refund it in full.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CALMSTONE OÜ, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
  • Cost of replacement goods or services;
  • Any other similar damages;

arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Services;
  • Any products or services purchased through the Services;
  • Any content, information, or materials available on or through the Services;
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services;
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.

This limitation of liability applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if CALMSTONE OÜ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to cooperate fully with us in the defense of any such claim.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted to carry out the intent of the parties as nearly as possible.

The failure of CALMSTONE OÜ to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies and operating rules posted on HoneyBunner.com (including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and CALMSTONE OÜ concerning your use of the Services. If you are a consumer, you also have the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are habitually resident, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights. A consumer may bring proceedings in the Estonian courts or in the courts of their country of residence; we may bring proceedings against a consumer only in the courts of their country of residence. If you are not acting as a consumer, the courts of the Republic of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
