It is specially formulated for very sensitive mucous membranes in the genital area.
Glycerin, parabens and preservatives have been eliminated in order to make the formulation as neutral as possible, thus ensuring maximum compatibility with mucous membranes.

I've tried several lubricants from the pharmacy and even a few from the drugstore, believing that all water-based ones are the same. Wrong assumption. The PJUR Sensitive is in a different league. The feeling when applying is much silkier and more pleasant, it doesn't dry out as quickly and, most importantly for me: after using it I don't have to jump straight into the shower because everything itches. It absorbs or washes off with water without leaving a weird film. It's a bit more expensive, but for regular use and for sensitive skin like mine, it's worth every cent. A tip: if you've never used a high-end lubricant before, this 2-ml sample is the perfect way to see the difference without investing a lot.
