No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account can make it easier to view order history and manage details for future purchases.

Yes. Orders are shipped in plain, neutral packaging with no product names, no store name and nothing on the outside that indicates the contents. The sender name is neutral too.

In the EU we ship with DHL Express or UPS Express, depending on the destination. US orders go with UPS. Every order is tracked, and we email you the tracking number when it leaves.

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment.

From dispatch, most EU destinations take 1–2 business days. Belgium is usually 1–3. Ireland and the Spanish Balearic Islands are usually 2–3. The United States is usually 2–5 business days with UPS.

EU. Express shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches €143 and the parcel weighs up to 1.43 kg. Heavier EU orders, or EU orders below €143, are charged at checkout. EU prices include VAT.

US. Shipping depends on parcel weight in lb. The exact checkout cutoff is the gram figure in brackets:

• 0–1.76 lb (0–800 g) — $27. Free from $69.
• 1.76–4.85 lb (800.01–2,200 g) — $34. Free from $69.
• 4.85–9.70 lb (2,200.01–4,400 g, UPS+) — $50. From $143 you pay $15.50.
• 9.70–14.33 lb (4,400.01–6,500 g, UPS+) — $63. From $143 you pay $19.53.
• 14.33–20.72 lb (6,500.01–9,400 g) — $92.
• 20.72–30.64 lb (9,400.01–13,900 g) — $121.

The EU free-shipping threshold (€143 / 1.43 kg) does not apply to US orders. Product prices include taxes and duties. No customs bill at the door.

We ship to all 27 EU member states and to the United States. Outside the EU we currently deliver only to the USA.

Pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, UnionPay or other methods shown at checkout for your country. Crypto is available too — the rate is locked while you pay.

Yes. Payments are handled through secure Shopify checkout and supported payment providers. HoneyBunner does not store your full card details.

The billing descriptor can vary by payment provider. It will not list the product names you purchased.

EU: yes. You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason, if the item is still sealed. You pay return shipping. We refund the price plus standard delivery.

USA: no change-of-mind returns. If the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or the parcel never arrives, contact us and we will replace or refund it.

No. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, intimate products cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been broken, opened or removed. This applies to sex toys, lubricants, intimate cosmetics, intimate hygiene products and underwear. If the seal is still intact, EU customers can cancel under the 14-day right of withdrawal. US customers cannot return an item just because they changed their mind, even if the seal is intact. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items can always be returned, sealed or not.

EU: two-year legal guarantee. Free repair or replacement; price reduction or refund if that is not possible. We cover return shipping on a valid claim.

USA: if the item is faulty or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo or video. We will repair, replace or refund it and cover return shipping.

The guarantee / return does not cover normal wear, accidents or misuse.

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resend it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not need to deal with the carrier yourself. A short delay is not a refund.

Use water-based lubricant with silicone toys. Silicone lubricant can react with some silicone surfaces, so water-based is the safest everyday match.

We focus on body-conscious materials such as silicone, glass, steel, and ABS where listed. Always check the product material details and avoid products that do not match your personal sensitivities.

Water-based lube is the most universal and toy-friendly. Silicone lube lasts longer but should not be used with many silicone toys. Hybrid lube sits between the two, so check product compatibility before using it with toys.

Clean toys before and after use with warm water and a suitable toy cleaner. Follow the care notes for the material, dry fully, and store separately in a clean pouch or case. Following the care instructions also keeps guarantee and fault claims intact.

Body-safe glass and stainless steel can be suitable for temperature play when used carefully. Warm or cool gradually, test the temperature on skin first, and never use extreme heat or freezing temperatures.

Start smaller than you think, look for smooth shapes and a safe base where relevant, and use plenty of compatible lubricant. Move up only when you feel comfortable.

Condom material depends on the specific product. Check the product details for latex or latex-free information, especially if you have a latex sensitivity.
