Discreet shipping. Plain packaging, no branding or product names.Delivery details
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging — no branding, no product names, nothing on the outside. The sender name is neutral too.
We ship across the EU and to the United States. Orders go out within 1–2 business days. EU parcels travel with DHL Express or UPS Express; US parcels travel with UPS. All shipments are tracked.
In the EU, express shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches €143 and the parcel weighs up to 1.43 kg. US shipping is calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy for delivery times and the current free-shipping rules, and our returns policy for cancellations and refunds.
Hygiene-sealed product. For EU orders, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends if the seal is removed after delivery. US orders cannot be returned because you changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Read our Returns and Refunds Policy.
